Course Overview

BRUTAL GLUTEZ is a 16-week structured glute training course inside KLIX. It is a progressive programme, not a random workout library.

Phase 1: Foundation & Fire

Weeks 1-8 focus on waking up the glutes, improving posture, developing mind-muscle connection, correcting lazy movement patterns, introducing load safely and building a strong base before heavier work begins.

Phase 2: Mass & Momentum

Weeks 9-16 focus on progressive loading, unilateral work, strength thresholds, higher volume, glute-specific intensity, weak-spot correction, re-testing and a final deload and recovery phase.
